ACEC National Convention & Consulting Congress Day

Every year the American Council of Engineers gives its members a chance to come to Washington, DC, for its Annual Convention & Legislative Summit.  This year the ACEC Convention is April 27-30, 2007.

The convention is open to all ACEC members.  During the 3 busy days there will be continuing education seminars, the National Engineering Excellence Awards Gala, and, most important, Consulting Congress Day.

While members are in Washington, ACEC and ACEC-SC encourages members to visit with their state’s Senators and House of Representative members.  This year Consulting Congress Day will be Tuesday April 29, 2008.  This gives members a chance to lobby their state Congressman on business issues and engineering issues that are happening on national level.
