Four South Carolina Firms Send Engineering Excellence Entries to ACEC National Competition

BP Barber, Collins Engineers, Inc., Dennis Corporation and Hussey, Gay Bell & DeYoung, Inc., achieved the prestigious National Finalist status in the national Engineering Excellence Award competition by the American Council of Engineering Companies.

Their projects will be displayed at the Engineering Excellence Gala in Washington, DC at the Grand Hyatt Hotel April 29.

ACEC chooses 24 projects that are the best in the judges’ opinions that receive the national Engineering Excellence Awards. One of these projects will win the Grand Conceptor award.

The national gala is a formal affair that attracts not only the winning firms and their clients but also United States Congressmen and Senators.
