2008 Legislative Reception

ACEC-SC and SCSPE, with the help of ASCE is pleased to announce its annual Legislative Reception at the Clarion Town House Hotel in Columbia on January 22, 2008.   The Legislative reception will last from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We encourage all of our engineers to come to the Legislative Reception as this is a great opportunity for Engineers to talk directly to their state Congressmen.  Speaking directly to your local Senators or House members lets you voice your opinions about the up coming legislative year.   

Letting the legislature know where the Engineering Community stands on the issues will definitely help influence bills that effect engineers. 

So come to the Clarion Town House in Columbia on January 22, 2008 for the ACEC-SC, ASCE, and SCSPE Legislative Reception. Please RSVP by January 16.
